Equipped with a barbecue for shared use and a terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can spend relaxing moments. Private car park on the fully fenced property. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away.The new and comfortable flat is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private covered terrace with table and chairs at the entrance.the kitchen is modern and equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, bidet, towels are provided two per person (weekly change), the flat offers a bedroom with double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table, a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi internet connection.A barbecue, trampoline for children and free parking are available for shared use in the fully fenced courtyard.Please note: * Payment per person in cash on the day of arrival* Pets are not allowed.* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside* We ask our guests to respect the neighbours and keep quiet: - respect the neighbours and behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,- turn off the air conditioning and dishwasher when not in the accommodation for safety reasons,- use the equipment of the accommodation with care,- leave the bins empty and wash the cutlery and kitchen utensils used,- report to the owner any damage caused, which the owner will ask for in cash after an accurate damage assessment before departure,- indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the last day of the stay * Individual transport is possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...)The location is sunny and quiet in the middle of nature and the nearby beaches are of different types, sandy, pebble, concrete, rocky, to satisfy all tastes and needs. Umag
Niet veer van het Italiaanse Triest ligt de havenstad Umag, een van de populaire vakantiebestemmingen in het noorden van Kroatië. Umag, de poort van Kroatië, is een gezellige stad en erg geschikt voor een familievakantie! Umag biedt een omvangrijk programma: sport, muziek en gezelligheid is kentekenend voor deze havenstad. Umag biedt fraaie stranden en baaien en helder water. De stranden in en rond Umag zijn een mengelmoes van kiezel- en rotsstranden, zwemplateaus en ligweiden. Op veel plaatsen lopen de stranden langzaam af in zee - ideale omstandigheden voor gezinnen met kinderen. De oude stad en de promenade nodigen uit om te flaneren, maar cafés, bars en discotheken bieden ook veel vertier!
Strand Kanegra
Op 8 km van Umag bevindt zich de prachtige kiezelstrand Kanegra. Het strand van Kanegra is een van de mooiste stranden aan de westkust van Istrië. Natuurlijk schaduw door bomen en het ondiepe water maken het strand tot een perfect verblijf voor families met jonge kinderen. Het strand biedt tevens ook een nudisten-gedeelte.
Strand Laguna Stella Maris
Dit prachtige strand op 3 km van het centrum van Umag gelegen is bekroond met de blauwe vlag. Het kiezelstrand bied helder water en veel natuurlijk schaduw door talloze bomen. Een heerlijk strand voor kinderen met een waterpark.
Strand Sol Polynesia
Noordelijk van Umag ligt het strand Sol Polynesia in een rustige omgeving in het noorden van Istrië. Kristalhelder water. Strand met stenen en grind. Genoeg ruimte voor iedere zonaanbidder. Het gedeelte met het hondenstrand is absoluut prachtig.
Museum Umag
Leuk klein museum in het oudste gebouw van de stad Umag. Gratis toegang, maar veel goede tips voor de archeologische vindplaatsen in de omgeving en informatie over de wijnproductie.
