The simply and functionally furnished flat is located on the ground floor of a detached house. The plot of over 2000 m2 is situated in a quiet, sunny location surrounded by greenery. The garden is adorned with plants and flowers and has a communal barbecue area. Free parking next to the house. The location is excellent for those who love peace and comfort. The sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk awayThe air-conditioned, comfortable accommodation of 34 m2 consists of a bedroom of 16 m2, with a double bed (160x200), a single bed (80x190) with wardrobes and bedside tables, bed linen is provided (weekly change). The bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet and outside window (3 m²) as well as bath towels, one per person, are provided (weekly change). The living area consists of a well-equipped kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, plates and cutlery, pots and pans and a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. The living area is equipped with a futon, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and access to the terrace, which is furnished with a table, chairs and parasol.In the garden there is a car park, a barbecue area with table and chairs for communal use*Pets are not allowed* Smoking is permitted on the terrace and outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors* We kindly ask our dear guests:- to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,- use the accommodation equipment with care,- leave empty containers behind and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,- to notify the owner of any damage caused, whereby the owner will demand payment of the costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the stay.* Personalised transport is possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...)The flat is located in Bašanija, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, with lots of greenery all around, which stimulates and promotes physical well-being. The area is characterised by lush Mediterranean vegetation full of laurel trees, palm trees, various types of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses.The coast is mostly rocky, with small sandy beaches in the surrounding bays.Bassania offers ideal conditions for windsurfing: almost constant winds close to the coast, suitable for beginners and wide for experts.The oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic is the town's most famous and most visited attraction.The town has a post office, restaurants, grocery shops, pizzerias, bars, bakeries and wine bars.The harbour of Savudrija is about 3 km away, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fisherman. Umag
Niet veer van het Italiaanse Triest ligt de havenstad Umag, een van de populaire vakantiebestemmingen in het noorden van Kroatië. Umag, de poort van Kroatië, is een gezellige stad en erg geschikt voor een familievakantie! Umag biedt een omvangrijk programma: sport, muziek en gezelligheid is kentekenend voor deze havenstad. Umag biedt fraaie stranden en baaien en helder water. De stranden in en rond Umag zijn een mengelmoes van kiezel- en rotsstranden, zwemplateaus en ligweiden. Op veel plaatsen lopen de stranden langzaam af in zee - ideale omstandigheden voor gezinnen met kinderen. De oude stad en de promenade nodigen uit om te flaneren, maar cafés, bars en discotheken bieden ook veel vertier!
Strand Kanegra
Op 8 km van Umag bevindt zich de prachtige kiezelstrand Kanegra. Het strand van Kanegra is een van de mooiste stranden aan de westkust van Istrië. Natuurlijk schaduw door bomen en het ondiepe water maken het strand tot een perfect verblijf voor families met jonge kinderen. Het strand biedt tevens ook een nudisten-gedeelte.
Strand Laguna Stella Maris
Dit prachtige strand op 3 km van het centrum van Umag gelegen is bekroond met de blauwe vlag. Het kiezelstrand bied helder water en veel natuurlijk schaduw door talloze bomen. Een heerlijk strand voor kinderen met een waterpark.
Strand Sol Polynesia
Noordelijk van Umag ligt het strand Sol Polynesia in een rustige omgeving in het noorden van Istrië. Kristalhelder water. Strand met stenen en grind. Genoeg ruimte voor iedere zonaanbidder. Het gedeelte met het hondenstrand is absoluut prachtig.
Museum Umag
Leuk klein museum in het oudste gebouw van de stad Umag. Gratis toegang, maar veel goede tips voor de archeologische vindplaatsen in de omgeving en informatie over de wijnproductie.
