The villa is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet close to the attractive destinations of the Istrian hinterland and only a few kilometres from the sea. If you feel like socialising, having fun or dining in a typical restaurant with menus featuring Istrian specialities . The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty and tourist attractions. The house is suitable for couples, groups of friends, families with children.Casa Anna is a comfortable holiday home for up to 8 people (6 adults and two children). The house offers on the ground floor a large living room with flat screen satellite TV, a comfortable sofa with 8 seats and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer, oven with 4 ceramic hobs, air conditioning, the ice machine is located on the terrace in front of the kitchen, in the living area the dining table with 8 chairs. On the ground floor the double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, air conditioning, in the bedroom an extra bed can be added, the complete bathroom with shower, on the first floor the landing with sofa and coffee table, the large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and pull-out armchair for one person, the bathroom on the first floor has a shower with hydromassage column and hairdryer, the second bedroom with double bed on the first floor with exit to the terrace with table and two chairs du single beds that can be joined, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning. In front of the house there is a large covered terrace with solid wood table and benches, garden furniture, armchairs and coffee table, barbecue and outdoor shower. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and parking spaces on the property. The garden is fenced, the fenced area of the house is 1700 square metres. Come and visit us, we look forward to seeing you.The house is located in the hinterland of Istria in a small village, Donja Gomila, about 8 kilometres from Grožnjan, the famous, picturesque cultural town where artists from all over the world live and work. Grožnjan will enchant you with its special streets full of galleries, small craft shops, evening concerts and the beautiful terrace with a marvellous view over the Mirna valley. It is possible to buy organically grown fruit and vegetables from neighbours. Also nearby is Momjan, the wine country and its castle, which are particularly important in Istrian history and stand on an imposing rock in the small town. For art lovers, we recommend a visit to Marussici, the famous park with more than 40 sculptures by artists from all over the world. In the restaurants and farmhouses in the area, you can sample excellent wines, grappa and honey as well as various truffle-based products. For shopping, you can find the nearest supermarket in the neighbouring town of Buje or in the mobile shop that passes through the village once or twice a week. Motovun

Groznjan

Op een 228 m hoge heuvel boven de Mirna-vallei ligt het kleine stadje Groznjan in Istrië. Het populaire vakantieoord Novigrad aan de westkust van Istrië ligt op slechts ongeveer 25 km afstand. De belangrijkste attractie van het stadje is zeker de historische oude stad. Oude smalle straatjes leiden je door het kleine centrum van Groznjan over met bloemen versierde pleinen, langs de voormalige Venetiaanse residentie en vele andere bezienswaardigheden. Het kleine stadje Groznjan is een paradijs voor kunstliefhebbers en muzikanten. In Groznjan zijn meer dan 30 galerijen en ateliers van schilders en beeldhouwers te bezoeken. Als u op zoek bent naar rust en idylle, nodigt het gebied rond Groznjan u uit om het prachtige heuvellandschap van Istrië te ontdekken op de wandel- en fietspaden van de regio. Kleine weggetjes en grindpaden leiden je door de prachtige natuur langs de dromerige dorpjes Zavrsje, Martincici of Kostanjica.
