This 130m² holiday house is in a village with a view of Labin, which is on one of the many hills in the surroundings.There is a roofed terrace next to the house, where up to ten people can sit at the dining table and prepare meals on the grill. The private swimming pool measures 48 m². Eight deckchairs with parasols and a gazebo are provided. There is a little wooden hut with a slide for children in the garden. The 1700 m² garden is completely enclosed by a hedge, so children and pets can run around freely. The house is surrounded by a lawn and an automatic sprinkling system. There is parking space near the site.The holiday house is suitable for up to eight people. The ground floor has a big living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a separate dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, as well as a private bathroom on the upper floor. Treat yourself right and hop into the new whirlpool.There are supermarkets in Labin about 3km from the house. There are many restaurants in the area, with the nearest just a kilometre from the house.Pets are welcome. The living room has air conditioning and there is another air conditioning unit in the hallway between the two bedrooms upstairs.

Rabac
