Maximaal 3 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. The holiday house is in the village of Salkovci and is surrounded by a little vineyard. It is quietly situated, so you can enjoy nature. The house has a 2000m² garden. The site is completely enclosed and therefore ideal for families with children or pets. In front of the house there is a big lawn where children can play football or badminton, for example. Enjoy a barbecue from the stone grill. The firewood can be used free of charge. Four loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower are provided. You can park your car on a parking space near the house. The holiday house built in 2008 provides 45m² of space for two adults and three children. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (80 x 180cm, suitable for children up to 16 years old). The living room has a fold-out sofa bed (160 x 200cm) for two people, as well as satellite TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, an oven, two gas rings and two electric rings, a toaster, coffee machine and kettle. This room has air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower and toilet. You can enjoy a range of activities in the surroundings: walks, cycling, hunting or gathering mushrooms or asparagus (depending on the season) in the forest. You can find the nearest supermarket, doctors, a pharmacy, a petrol station, an ATM, a bank and the post office in Labin.The owner can prepare a traditional Istrian meal for you, free of charge. You can also sample and purchase white or red wine or brandy, produced by the owner.

Rabac
