Stone house is located just 12 km from the city of Buzet in central Istria. It is located in lovely small village of Kosoriga, at the very end of the small local road. You can easily reach us from the airports of Rijeka or Pula (we can provide transfer) or with your own car (only 10 - 15 minutes drive from the highway exit). Location is ideal for long holidays, where you can enjoy the calm of your own backyard with the pool, but still be located just a short drive from all the buzzing Istrian places such as Umag, Porec, Rovinj or Pula.We provide very big parking area, where at least 4 cars can be parked. You can enjoy in the sades on the terrace or take a sunbath at the sundeck by the pool. There is bbq for your ideal afternoons.House has kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing a perfect meal, while in living room you can find TV with cable programes and DVD player. Towels are provided in the bathroom which has a shower. Upper floor contains two bedrooms with double bed in each one. Both are equipped with wardrobes and linen is included.Village is very peaceful and you will have a great relaxing holiday. But it is conveniently located just 2 km from the main road and you can easily reach the citiy of Buzet to get everything that big city has to offer.View from the pool on the surrounding mountains is just wonderful. You can enjoy in the cosy chair on the sundeck listening to the birds.

Het kleine, romantische stadje Hum, ook wel het "kleinste stadje ter wereld" genoemd, ligt ongeveer 14 km ten zuidoosten van Buzet in het heuvelachtige landschap van de regio Istrië. Het plaatsje ligt op een hoogte van 400 meter en telt minder dan 30 inwoners.
