There are four bedrooms, of which three have a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one has two single beds (90 x 200cm). Two further supplementary beds (80 x 190cm) and two cots can also be set up if required. All the bedrooms have central air conditioning and heating. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. The fifth bathroom even has a bath with a whirlpool function. The generous, light living room is furnished with a comfortable, white corner sofa. You can enjoy relaxing hours here in front of the fireplace or watch TV on the flatscreen TV with digital and satellite TV and a DVD player. There is an adjoining dining space with a big glass table and matching, modern chairs for eight people. From here you can see the kitchen counter, where two people can sit on bar stools. The kitchen in a contemporary and modern mocha colour tone is equipped with everything you need, such as a dishwasher, high oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The whole house has wireless Internet access. The big glass sliding door opens onto the enormous garden planted with olive trees. There is a roofed terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Above it there is a big balcony, accessed from one of the bedrooms. There is a second, roofed terrace next to the house, which also has a built-in stone grill, which you can use not only for preparing meals, but also as a fireplace in the evening. There is also an outdoor toilet that can be used during the day when spending time by the pool. The terraces look out at the 40m² pool, which is illuminated in the evening. The pool, the sun loungers and parasol are the centrepiece of the outdoor area. Children will enjoy the trampoline and a lawn for playing football or badminton. There are three parking spaces in front of the house. The owner allows pets on the fenced site on request. The villa is 1km from the beach and just 300 metres from the nearest supermarket and restaurant. The owner recommends a visit to the historical town of Pula, as well as Rovinj and Porec. It is a 15-minute boat trip from Fazana (about 3km from the villa) to the Brijuni Islands National Park, the former residence of President Tito, where he received many internationally famous personalities and film stars. The capital Pula is only 15km away and has a variety of shopping facilities. After you have explored the beautiful beaches with their crystal clear water, you should definitely try some Istrian specialities, such as truffles, fine fish, homemade pasta and the world-famous olive oils and wines.

Nationaal Park Brijuni
Nationaal park Brijuni, ook wel Brioni genoemd, werd opgericht in 1983 en is 33,9 vierkante kilometer groot. Het ligt recht tegenover de historische kustplaats Pula en de stad Fazana. Het park omvat de eilandengroep rond het eiland Brioni. De veertien eilandjes liggen in het noorden van de Adriatische Zee voor de kust van Istrië. De eilanden zijn het voormalige zomeropstekje van Tito met een klein safaripark. Het grootste eiland, Veliki Brijun (5,6 km2) ligt op 2 kilometer van de kust. De andere eilanden zijn Mali Brijun, San Marco, Gaz, Okrugljak, Supin, Supinic, Galija, Grunj, Krasnica (Vanga), Madona, Vrsar, Jerolim en Kozada. Het grootste van de eilanden, Veli Brijun, is vrij te bezoeken, terwijl de andere eilanden deels eigendom zijn van en bewaakt worden door de staat en privé.
Strand Fižela
Stenen strand bij Pula. Fantastische felsformaties om te springen en te duiken. Fraai uitzicht over de zee, in de buurt van grotten.
Plaža Vile
Geweldig strand met schaduwrijke plekken. Direct bij de camping. Veel pijnbomen en je kunt lekker in de schaduw zitten. Er zijn restaurants en een bar. Vind je vakantiehuis Pula.
Green Garden Pula & Karting
Voor een spannend dagje uit is Green Garden Entertainment Center in Pula dé perfecte bestemming! Het park biedt een kaartbaan van 1 km lengte, een paintball arena, een voetbalveld met kunstgras en een quad-verhuur.
Eiland Cres
Het eiland Cres is gelegen in het noordelijke deel van de regio Kvarner Baai. Aan de zuid- en westkust van Cres vinden zwemmers talrijke baaien en kiezelstranden, terwijl de noord- en oostkust grotendeels rotsachtig zijn. De hoogste toppen op Cres zijn de bergen Gorice en Sis. Vanaf de bergen heb je een prachtig uitzicht over bijna de hele Kvarner Baai. Een van de hoogtepunten op Cres is het zoetwatermeer Vrana. Het meer ligt ongeveer 16 km ten zuiden van de stad Cres in het midden van het eiland.
