This detached house is located near a small bay and just a few kilometers west of the town of Korcula.On the north and south sides there is a terrace equipped with stone tables and chairs. There is also a higher terrace with a stone table and benches from which there is a beautiful view of the surroundings and the pool.The four-star house with thick walls was thoroughly renovated in 1998. It consists of three floors in total and offers a living space of approximately 200 m². On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, sofa bed and satellite TV. There is a fully equipped winter kitchen with all essential electrical appliances (oven, stove, refrigerator) and a dining room. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a room with a billiard table. In the back there is a summer kitchen. It is also equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Right next to it is a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor there are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the rooms have air conditioning and a double bed. The third room has two single beds. On the first floor there is a fourth bedroom with a balcony.The beach is only 100 meters away. The nearest shop is only 250 meters away. Restaurants are 70, 150 and 400 meters away. Korcula is four kilometers away.The property is located on a 5000m² plot with a garden. You can refresh yourself in the swimming pool and relax on the pool terrace. There are also parking spaces and a barbecue area that can be used at any time. There is also a small chapel on the property.

Vela Przina Beach
Op het eiland Korcula in de buurt van het schilderachtige dorpje Lumbarda ligt het zandstrand Vela Przina. Omdat zandstranden vrij zeldzaam zijn in Kroatië, is dit ook een van de hoogtepunten van het eiland Korcula en vooral veel toeristen uit alle omliggende plaatsen komen hier. Het strand bied een prachtig panorama op de bergen van Peljesac. De zee is erg ondiep en geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ligbedden en parasols kunnen ter plaatse gehuurd worden.
Bacva Beach
Mooi, gezellig strand, met een kiezelstrand en een uitdagende toegang tot het water op het eiland Korcula. Het strand bevindt zich onder de pub. U kunt ligbedden en parasols en een sup huren.
Luka Korculanska Beach
Een promenade met prachtig uitzicht op de oude binnenstad van Korcula en de haven. Het strand is smal, maar erg schoon, en er zijn tal van bars en cafés in de buurt.
Vaja Bay
Een super mooie dromerige baai op het eiland Korcula, die niet is overspoeld door het massatoerisme.
