Vodice
De pittoreske badplaats Vodice ligt tussen Sibenik en Biograd na Moru aan de kust van de regio Dalmatië. Het kleine stadje met bijna 9.000 inwoners is een van de meest populaire vakantiebestemmingen in centraal Kroatië. De bijna 4 km lange promenade en de oude stad vormen het centrum van Vodice. Terwijl de kleine, romantische straatjes van de oude stad vrij rustig zijn, vind je aan de boulevard een levendige gezelligheid met winkels, cafés en restaurants. De ronde kiezelstenen op het Plava Plaza-strand, die langzaam aflopen in de kristalheldere zee, zijn vooral populair bij gezinnen met kinderen. Langs het strand zorgen ijssalons met allerlei heerlijke ijsvariaties en bars en cafés voor verkoelende drankjes of Italiaanse cappucino op warme zomerdagen. Divers stadsstrand in het dorpje Tribunj, in de buurt van Vodice. Voornamelijk betonnen pieren, maar ook rotsstranden. Er zijn snacks, toiletten en voldoende douches.
Plava beach
Uitstekend uitgerust strand met waterpark in Vodice. Gratis openbare douches en kleedhokjes. Verhuur van alles wat je maar kunt bedenken, om plezier te hebben aan zee (van waterfietsen tot kano's, tot parachutes getrokken door motorboten, tot bananen, enz.) en voor de kleintjes, maar niet alleen, enorme springkussens direct aan zee.
