If you arrive by car then there are two secure parking spaces right in front of the house.This spacious 140m² holiday apartment occupies the entire ground floor of the villa. It has a living and dining room flooded with daylight, with an integrated, open, built-in kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, two very modern bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The living room has a comfortable white leather sofa and matching armchairs, an elegant solid wood coffee table, a wide flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, a radio and an open fireplace. Plenty of firewood is provided. From the living room you go through to the dining space with an elegant stainless steel dining table and four chairs, separated from the white and glossy kitchen by a stylish breakfast bar. The fully-equipped kitchen has only the latest appliances, including a ceramic hob with a tube-shaped, stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 220 x 200cm, while the other has a double bed measuring 180 x 210cm. Both bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. You can admire the extensive view over the bay and sea from the beds. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional single bed. Of the two bathrooms, one has a spacious shower cubicle and one has a bath with a shower attachment. Both also have a wide washbasin with a wall mirror, and a toilet. A washing machine is available. A supplementary bed can be provided on request and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Vodice
De pittoreske badplaats Vodice ligt tussen Sibenik en Biograd na Moru aan de kust van de regio Dalmatië. Het kleine stadje met bijna 9.000 inwoners is een van de meest populaire vakantiebestemmingen in centraal Kroatië. De bijna 4 km lange promenade en de oude stad vormen het centrum van Vodice. Terwijl de kleine, romantische straatjes van de oude stad vrij rustig zijn, vind je aan de boulevard een levendige gezelligheid met winkels, cafés en restaurants. De ronde kiezelstenen op het Plava Plaza-strand, die langzaam aflopen in de kristalheldere zee, zijn vooral populair bij gezinnen met kinderen. Langs het strand zorgen ijssalons met allerlei heerlijke ijsvariaties en bars en cafés voor verkoelende drankjes of Italiaanse cappucino op warme zomerdagen. Door de gevarieerde sport- en recreatiemogelijkheden rondom Plava Plaza hoeft u zich geen moment te vervelen tijdens uw stranddagen. Naast het stadsstrand zijn er nog vele andere mooie stranden en baaien aan de Vodice Riviera, zoals het strand in de wijk Srima en de eilanden voor de kust.
Beach Zamalin
Divers stadsstrand in het dorpje Tribunj, in de buurt van Vodice. Voornamelijk betonnen pieren, maar ook rotsstranden. Er zijn snacks, toiletten en voldoende douches.
Strand Jazine
Mooi strand, met bomen en schaduw. Rustig en kleinschalig, met rotsen.
