Welcome to Villa "Roko"! The newly renovated holiday home with pool is located in the old town of Sv. Filip i Jakov. The stone house and the garden are furnished in traditional style and offer peace and relaxation. Our villa "Roko" is situated in a very quiet location, about 400 metres from the beach.Check in is from 15.00 and check out is until 9.00.The house has a kitchen with dining room and living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The holiday home is furnished for four people. In our garden there is a barbecue with a large table where you can spend cosy evenings.Sv. Filip i Jakov is the pearl of the Riviera on the coast of the Pašman Channel and an attractive tourist destination with traditionally hospitable hosts. You won't get bored on our beach, because in addition to sun, clear sea, swimming, diving and snorkelling, we offer many other activities. Pedal boats and kayaks are available for hire. You can also hire a boat from the centre to reach the nearby islands. You can play beach volleyball and table tennis, and there is also a large trampoline. Afterwards you can quench your thirst in one of the beach cafés. We wish you a pleasant stay in our house!Sv. Filip i Jakov is located near :Paklenica National Park (70km away). Paklenica National Park stretches along the coastal slopes of southern Velebit, just above the village of Marasovici, the zone of the highest mountain peaks. In a relatively small area, it has a wealth of geomorphological phenomena and forms, diverse wildlife, attractive landscapes and unspoilt nature.Krka National Park (40 km away). The Krka National Park covers the area of the Krka River, which flows through a 75 km long, deep and picturesque canyon and forms roaring waterfalls: Bilušica Buk, Miljacka, Brljan, Rošnjak, Manojlovacki slap, Roški slap and the famous Skradinski Buk (Krka waterfalls - 46 m), the largest travertine barrier in Europe.Plitvice Lakes National Park (150 km away). The park offers a range of leisure activities: walking, hiking and boating. Park with electric boats and trains, photography, cycling, skiing and rowing. Plitvice Lakes are the most famous and most visited of Croatia's eight national parks. Filip i Jakov is located near Biograd (2 km). Biograd na Moru is the town of Croatian kings, which was first mentioned in the mid-10th century and was the seat of Croatian kings and bishops in the 11th century.Zadar (distance 25 km). Zadar and its surroundings have been the centre of various events in the past centuries, turning this town into a kind of museum city.Šibenik (distance 40 km) The Cathedral of St James in Šibenik was built over 100 years as a testimony to the perseverance, sacrifice and faith of several generations of Šibenik residents. Drazica Beach
Drazica Beach op het eiland Krk is mooi strand aan de Adriatische kust. Het strand is gekwalificeerd met de Blauwe Vlag en geschikt voor zowel kleine kinderen als volwassenen. Dražica strand
Het strand Dražica in Biograd na Moru is schoon, breed, met fijne stenen. Helder, turkoois blauw water. Ideale plek voor gezinnen met kinderen. Bospromenade langs de kust. Kleine gastronomie, souvenirwinkels, ijssalons.
Plaža Lumbrak
Zeer mooi strand met zand en kiezels. Moeilijke toegang op de weg met grotere en kleinere stenen. Je hebt hier nog echt de ruimte. Rustig en aangenaam strand bij Biograd na Moru.
Biograd na Moru
Biograd na Moru ligt tussen Zadar en Vodice aan de kust van de regio Dalmatië. Fantastische stranden en baaien wachten op strandgangers in Biograd. Vooral het zacht glooiende kiezelstrand Drazice en het naastgelegen zandstrand Soline zijn erg populair bij gezinnen met kinderen.
