This luxuriously furnished holiday house made of natural stone is in Zrnovnica to the east of Split. You can spend a relaxing holiday here, surrounded by a mountainous landscape, whilst still having easy access to the sea and recreation.The living room provides access to your private indoor pool measuring 4 x 10 metres, with a metal ladder to facilitate entry. After a few rounds of swimming, you can relax on the sun loungers on the terrace and enjoy an extensive panoramic view over the mountainous landscape as far as the sea. If you arrive by car than you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.The ground-level holiday house was newly built in 2000 and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, a light bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with a USB port, and a dining table with four chairs. The big open fireplace built into the wall enhances the rustic atmosphere and exudes cosy warmth on cooler evenings. Kitchen is equipped with a two-ring gas hob, an extra large fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), and a wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wide wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, and even a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.The owner lives in the apartment building about 100 metres behind your holiday house and is happy to assist with any queries. Your holiday house is only about 2km from the nearest beach, a golf course and a tennis court, as wwell as a good range of cafés and restaurants. The nearest shopping facilities are about 400 metres away. It is about 100 metres to the entrance to the climbing park at the Mosor mountain. The old town of Split with its famous Diocletian Palace is about 10km away.The villa provides all guests maximum privacy and security of the facility, which extends to little more than the total area of 5000m². The area also includes promenade through the olive grove and vineyard. Security is strictly controlled and conditions are adapted to the standard protection of persons with special treatment (VIP). The entire area is very peaceful and quiet , and the owner allows maximum anonymity to all guests.

Split
Split is de grootste en belangrijkste stad in Dalmatië met prachtige stranden tegen een historisch decor. Naast de "big city flair" biedt de culturele metropool Split prachtige zand- en kiezelstranden niet ver van de historische oude stad, daarom is Split en de omgeving een geliefde vakantiebestemming. Bezienswaardig zijn de brede boulevard, het Poljud Stadion en de Muren van het Romeinse Paleis. De boulevard "Riva" aan het water van Split, gebouwd in de tijd van de Fransen bezetting werd ongeveer 200 jaar geleden gecreëerd, begint direct onder de muren van het paleis van Diocletianus en leidt naar het westen, bijna naar de hellingen van de lokale berg van Split, de Marjan. Het Riva nodigt u uit om romantische wandelingen te maken langs de promenade met palmbomen en cafés. Mensen worden vaak vermaakt door straatartiesten, dansers en zangers. Het eiland Brac ligt tegenover de stad Split.
Bacvice
Het stad-strand van Split, Strandbad Bacvice, ligt in het zuid-oosten van de haven van Split en is met de Blauwe Vlag voor bijzonder schoon water bekroond. Zandstrand in deze streek is uniek. Maar het is klein en dus altijd overvol in het seizoen. Er hangt een gezellige sfeer. Het strand is ook voor mindervaliden toegankelijk en bewaakt. Vind je vakantiehuis Split.
Znjan City Beach
Het kiezelstrand van Znjan Strand ligt anderhalve kilometer ten zuiden van Ovcice en 5 km van het centrum van Split. Eigenlijk is het een serie van kleine baaien die beginnen bij Marina Zenta en iedere baai heeft zijn eigen café. Voor kinderen zijn er veel speelmogelijkheden, zoals een springkasteel, trampolines en glijbanen en meer. Het is een kiezelstrand met redelijk grote kiezels. Geweldig om te snorkelen. Ruïnes van een Romeinse stad. Destijds de hoofdstad van de Romeinse provincie Dalmatië. Restanten van de stadsmuren, het amfitheater, meerdere basilica, begraafplaatsen en de necropolis zijn vandaag de dag nog steeds te bewonderen.
