If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking space right in front of the house.The traditional natural stone house from the year 1970 was fully renovated just recently in 2015 and provides all the necessary modern standards for a comfortable stay. The living space of 100m² comprises a small living/ dining room,fully-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms and in each large have one small ( so 4 beedroms) and two bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a wooden dining table with four ( outside have more chairs) chairs. The modern, white built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with an elegant cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine.The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and even a washing machine. It is only about 400 metres to the nearest beach. Posedarje is conveniently located, with easy access to the Paklenica and Velebit national parks, as well as the Kornati and Plitvice lakes. The historical harbour town of Zadar about 25 km away is definitely worth a day trip.
