This exclusive holiday stone villa enjoys a perfect seaside holiday location literally just steps from the blue Adriatic in the picturesque locality Kanica along the sunny south coast of Dalmatia.Enclosed, recently (2018) fully renovated holiday villa right by the sea with a private concrete beach, and a traditional stone grill on the sunny terraceAll three bedrooms benefit from a private balcony affording an extensive panoramic view over the sea. The living room opens onto the sunny terrace, from where it is just a few steps to your private concrete beach with direct access to the crystal clear sea. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. Right next to the sunny terrace in front of the house there is a traditional stone grill inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals together under a starry sky. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking space right in front of the villa on the fenced site.The two-storey holiday villa from the year 1989 was extensively renovated just recently in 2012 and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space of 100m² comprises a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms and two luxurious daylight bathrooms. The living room downstairs has a comfortable sofa, smart TV, a stereo surrounding system (outside&inside) speakers and a wooden dining table with six chairs. An open fireplace exudes cosy warmth on cooler evenings. You go through a wide archways made of rustic natural stone into the stylish blue and grey glossy built-in kitchen, with the latest appliances: dishwasher, four-zone gas, oven, extra-large fridge with a freezer compartment and a water dispenser, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The spacious daylight bathroom on the ground floor is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. A wide spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with the bedrooms and the second bathroom. Of the three bedrooms, two are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the third with a double bed (each 160x200cm). The daylight bathroom here on the upper floor is fitted the same as the one on the ground floor. The house has a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge. Also, there is outside kitchen, with grill-bbq, ice maker, and wine fridge.Your holiday villa is about 2km from the centre of Kanica, where you can find shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants. The coastal town of Rogoznica about 13km away with its romantic harbour makes an interesting day trip.The concrete beach can also serve as a boat jetty. A motorboat (three types of small motorboats - Quicksilver 605 - Mercury 115hp, Quicksilver 605 - Mercury 150 hp and Sessa Key Largo 24 -Yamaha 225 hp) can be hired from the owner on request at a supplementary charge. Zmajevo Oko

Zmajevo oko (vertaald als Drakenoog) is een zoutwatermeer in Rogoznica, niet ver van Primosten. Je kunt hier van de rotsen springen en herrlijk zwemmen. Je kunt op speciale ladders naar buiten. Naast het meer loopt een pad naar het uitkijkpunt.

Rogoznica

Het romantische stadje Rogoznica ligt tussen Primosten en Trogir aan de westkust van Dalmatië. Het voormalige vissersdorp is de afgelopen decennia omgetoverd tot een mooi en rustig vakantieparadijs. Langs de ongeveer 50 km lange kust rond Rogoznica wacht een waar paradijs met prachtige stranden en afgelegen baaien op u. In de avonduren wachten delicatessen uit de Dalmatische keuken op u in de restaurants en tavernes in de oude stad. Verse vis, zeevruchten en specialiteiten zoals de "Black Risotto" en tal van grillspecialiteiten mogen ter plaatse niet ontbreken.

Plaža Šepurina

Geweldig strand in Rogoznica met en zwemgedeelte voor het hele gezin. Douches, kleedhokjes, bars en een opblaasbaar waterpark.

Zecevo Beach

Klein strandje in Rogoznica die niet goed met de auto te bereiken is. Daardoor is dit strandje zeer rustig. Schoon water om te snorkelen.
