Beach Deluxe Villa is located in Pisak, a small touristic place 16km from Omiš and 18km from Makarska. This picturesque place allows everyone to relax and enjoy nature, away from the city crowds and noise. Pisak is extremely proud of its beauty, cleanliness and a large number of beautiful beaches. The villa is only 2 minutes away from the beach.Split is 36 km from the apartment, the nearest airport is Split Airport , 48 km.Beach Deluxe Villa has two apartments which are located on the first and second floor of the house and both can accommodate up to 12 persons (8 adults and 4 children) in 4 bedrooms and 2 extendable sofas in the living rooms. Two bedroom have large double beds and two have an extra large double beds. All bedrooms have an air conditioning.Each apartment have a dining area and kitchen which is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, stove top, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and other kitchen utilities.Both living rooms in each apartment are spacious with sofa and TV.Each apartment has two bathrooms with shower.Both apartments have a big terraces with sea view.The private parking garage is available.There is a supermarket, a small market with fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh fish caught every day, a coffee bar and restaurants where you can eat local specialties. In Pisak you can rent a boat and go swimming on one of the nearby smaller secluded beaches or go on a day trip by boat to the island of Brac or nearby Vruja.The property offers airport shuttle service with additional charge.Omiš area offers various adventure activities such as Cetina river rafting , Cetina river tubing, Canoe safari on Cetina river, Cetina river canyoning, rock climbing in Omiš and the most famous one - zip line in Omiš.Take a given opportunity and pay a visit to popular cities nearby, like Split, Trogir, Sibenik, or one-day-trip to popular islands of Hvar and Brac.Due to the proximity of Makarska and Omis, visitors can enjoy many active sports, visit many surrounding resorts and get to know the cultural and historical heritage of this beautiful area. Punta Rata
Het in 2004 van het Amerikaans magazine Forbes tot mooiste strand van Europa gekozen strand Punta Rata ligt in de buurt van Brela aan de Makarska-Riviera. Witte kiezelstranden, pijnbomen en zeer helder, schoon water, met kleine kleurrijke vissen vormen een schitterend landschap. Het strand bij Brela loopt over in de ondiepe blauwe zee, dat maakt het tot een ideale plaats voor familievakanties met jonge kinderen. Er zijn toiletten, douche, een groot restaurant en wat kleine horeca. Dit strand is goed bereikbaar vanaf je vakantiehuis in Split.
Baska Voda
De droomachtige badplaats Baska Voda ligt ongeveer 50 km ten zuiden van Split aan de Makarska Riviera. Omlijst door het imposante Biokovo-gebergte en lange witte kiezelstranden, heeft de plaats zich ontwikkeld tot een van de meest populaire vakantiebestemmingen in de regio Dalmatië. De met palmen omzoomde promenade "Riva" vormt het levendige centrum van Baska Voda, dat van het zuidelijke district naar het naburige Brela in het noorden leidt. De betoverende stranden wachten op zwemmers, met als meest populaire het stadsstrand van Nikolina. Beach Ruskamen
Dit strand bij Omis is niet al te groot, maar onder de bomen vind je beschutting tegen de zon. Er zijn ook douches en kleedhokjes. Helaas weinig schaduw.
