Apartment D-2B with two bedrooms is positioned on the second floor of the facility which provides it with superb sea view from the terrace. Apartment D-2B is family friendly unit. Master bedroom has king size double bed and second bedroom has two single beds. We are offering a total 6 apartments in newly built house in beautiful dalmatian village of Mimice, only 10 km away from the town of Omiš. All apartments are well equipped and comfortable, with wide terraces and breathtaking sea view.Apartment has separate entrance and spacious terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea, with garden table and set of chairs. Plus an access to a shared outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. Pool area is fenced. Outdoor barbecue area in front of the facility (shared). Parking is secured outside of facility.Apartment D-2B is 45 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living/dining room with sofa (double bed), flatscreen TV and dining table. There are two bedrooms in apartment. Master bedroom has king size double bed (160 cm wide) and second bedroom includes two separate single beds (90 cm wide). Apartment has its own kitchen with utensils, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine and dining area, as well as adjoining bathroom with a shower cabin and hair dryer. Apartment has air conditioner in living room and free wi-fi. Spacious terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea has table and set of chairs, plus an access to a shared outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. Parking is secured outside of facility.Nearest beach is about 400 metres away. Beach is natural pebble stone. There is also a sand beach with shallow swimming area suitable for small children within 10 km distance. The village center with couple of restaurants, bars and supermarket is approximately 800 metres away.Please note that whole our riviera is positioned on the mountain slope, so walking around the place requires fair physical shape. Other than that beaches and village center are accessible by car and there is parking area in the village center. Whole property has access to free wi-fi and there is travel bed for small children available upon request. We also can provide our guests with iron, ironing board, laundry machine and high chair, all available upon request.

Punta Rata
Het in 2004 van het Amerikaans magazine Forbes tot mooiste strand van Europa gekozen strand Punta Rata ligt in de buurt van Brela aan de Makarska-Riviera. Witte kiezelstranden, pijnbomen en zeer helder, schoon water, met kleine kleurrijke vissen vormen een schitterend landschap. Het strand bij Brela loopt over in de ondiepe blauwe zee, dat maakt het tot een ideale plaats voor familievakanties met jonge kinderen. Er zijn toiletten, douche, een groot restaurant en wat kleine horeca. Dit strand is goed bereikbaar vanaf je vakantiehuis in Split.
Sveti Rok
Klein rotsstrand met mooi schoon water. Niet groot - kies dit strand voor een snelle duik. Strand in het voetgangersgebied met gratis douche, kristalhelder water en kiezelstenen. Vind je vakantiehuis Brac.
Beach Ruskamen
Dit strand bij Omis is niet al te groot, maar onder de bomen vind je beschutting tegen de zon. Er zijn ook douches en kleedhokjes. Helaas weinig schaduw.
Beach Celina
Kindvriendelijke, rustige strand bij Omis. Helder water langs de kust en nog niet overspoeld door toeristen. Een paar meter van de kust wordt het water diep.
