From there, you access the dining area and kitchen with large windows overlooking the sea, and a fully equipped kitchen (a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) with a seating area and an office space.You can go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the heated pool, overlooking the sea.On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with King size beds (1,80mx2,00m). There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the second floor, there are two en suite bedrooms with King size beds and an additional bathroom. One bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there can also be found a kitchen with seating area and spacious terrace.The third floor dispose with large en suite bedroom and terrace, which has an astonishing sea view.Each bedroom has an air-conditioning and HD TV.Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped patio with numerous pine trees, grassed and wooded natural area, a beautiful 20 m² pool with a stunning view, barbecue and garden furniture.The house is equipped with WiFi access.Parking space available — two cars can easily be parked on site.The place is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the sea from everywhere.*Five bedrooms have direct sea views and one bedroom has views of the small harbor and a small part of the sea view.*PLEASE NOTE*: The villa has 4 floors in 2 units. Each unit has 2 floors that are connected by internal stairs. Units are connected by external stairs.* There are card games in the house and lots of toys for children, magnetic and geometric games. Klein rotsstrand met mooi schoon water. Niet groot - kies dit strand voor een snelle duik. Strand in het voetgangersgebied met gratis douche, kristalhelder water en kiezelstenen. Vind je vakantiehuis Brac.

Beach Ruskamen

Dit strand bij Omis is niet al te groot, maar onder de bomen vind je beschutting tegen de zon. Er zijn ook douches en kleedhokjes. Helaas weinig schaduw.

Beach Celina

Kindvriendelijke, rustige strand bij Omis. Helder water langs de kust en nog niet overspoeld door toeristen. Een paar meter van de kust wordt het water diep.
