Split Airport is only 6 km away from the villa.This luxury villa is situated in a peaceful area just 1.8 kilometers from the sea.The property covers a total area of 1000 m2, while the house itself is 300 m2.Villa Orchid consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor and there are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, sauna and gym. Villa can accommodate a total number of 9 people.The basement consists of a room with a sauna and gym, a wine cellar, and a meeting room with a kitchen. Access to the wine cellar and meeting room is only available upon request.Staircase leads to the ground floor which consists of a living room, separate spacious kitchen with table and chairs for 10 people, bedroom with single bed and bathroom with shower. From the living room and kitchen, guests can step out to the outdoor covered area where there is seating furniture, providing a space for guests to relax and enjoy the view.The wooden staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 4 bedrooms with double beds, en suite bathrooms and balconies. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and SAT-TV.What makes this villa truly an oasis of peace and tranquility is the spacious outdoor area with a barbecue grill and a table and chairs for 10 people. Guests can spend their time relaxing in the outdoor infinity pool (60 m2) or soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers.Villa Orchid has many different equipment like air condition, Wi-fi, SAT TV and safe. Additionally, the guests can use an iron and ironing board, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker (Nespresso). There is also a washing machine, hair dryer, baby cot, high chair, outdoor barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property provides 3 parking spaces.

Kupaliste Bene
Kupaliste Bene is echt een verborgen parel van Split. Pak de bus vanuit het centrum en je ontdekt een klein pittoresk "strandje" met vrijwel alleen maar locals. Leuke bar en restaurant aan het strand. Vind je vakantiehuis Split.
Duilovo Hondenstrand
Super strand met heel mooi water en vol honden. Er zijn vaste tenten voor schaduw en douches om uw honden af ??te spoelen. Vind je vakantiehuis Split.
Plaža Ježinac
Klein kiezelstrand. Erg leuk, en ver genoeg van het centrum van Split. Het strand ligt op 2 km afstand van Split, daarom is het niet zo druk. Vind je vakantiehuis Split.

Mooi kiezelstrand. Niet te druk. Er zijn toiletten, kleedkamers en douches. Helemaal gratis. Zeer grote parkeerplaats. Vind je vakantiehuis Split.
Trogir
De stad Trogir in Dalmatië ligt op 27 km afstand van de stad Split en is een geliefde vakantiebestemming. Gesticht door de Romeinen heeft Trogir zijn antieke centrum bewaard. De oude stad is door een kanaal van het vaste land gescheiden. Wie over de brug naar het oude centrum wandelt vind romantische straatjes en pleinen en historische gebouwen. De UNESCO heeft daarom in 1997 het oude centrum van Trogir tot werelderfgoed verklaart. Trogir bied prachtige stranden zoals de stranden Medena en Pantan. Naast vele ontspannende dagen op de prachtige stranden en aan zee, kunt u op vakantie in Dalmatië het indrukwekkende Krka National Park met zijn unieke flora en fauna en spectaculaire watervallen bezoeken, of geweldige excursies maken om de vele historische bezienswaardigheden en attracties te ervaren.
Gradska Plaža Trogir
Dit is een praktisch gelegen strandje bij Trogir, ideaal voor kinderen. Het water wordt maar langzaam dieper, wat ruimte geeft voor kinderen in verschillende leeftijden.
Krcica Beach
Mooi strand op het eiland Ciovo bij Trogir met een zachte afdaling. Niet te druk en schoon water.
Strand Pantana
Mooi strand met bomen, schaduwrijk. Geschikt voor families met kleine kinderen. Ondiep water.
