There is a private pool (4 x 8 m) surrounded by sun loungers, with a metal ladder to facilitate entry. There is also a convenient outdoor shower. All ages will enjoy the table tennis table next to the pool, the little football ground behind it and the bowling alley. The traditional stone grill on the covered terrace with lounge furniture, a dining table and chairs invites you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. A car is recommended during your stay. There are four secure parking spaces on the enclosed site.The villa was newly built in 2014 in an elegant, geometrical cube style and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including under-floor heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The living space of 85m² comprises a living and dining room flooded with daylight and an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a very modern daylight bathroom. The living room is surrounded on all sides by large glass sliding doors and is therefore blessed with light. It provides a comfortable sofa and a matching recamiere, a trendy coffee table made of a solid stone top, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system, a games console and a wooden dining table with six chairs. An elegant breakfast bar separates the dining space from the white and glossy built-in kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with induction and a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room and the separate recamiere can be converted into additional beds for two further people. The tastefully designer, black and beige tiled bathroom is fitted with a bath and a walk-in shower cubicle, an oval washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a large wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot and a washing machine are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.Your luxury holiday villa is only around 1.5km from the sea and the nearest beach. It is 4km to the popular Bacvice municipal beach with water sports (surfing, jetskiing, paragliding etc.). It is about 4km to the historical old town of the Mediterranean metropolis Split and the famous Diocletian Palace.The owner lives nearby and is happy to assist with any queries. He can also book guided tours through Split and the surroundings and arrange a rental boat, a private 24-hour chauffeur service, a fitness trainer or a yoga instructor.

Split
Split is de grootste en belangrijkste stad in Dalmatië met prachtige stranden tegen een historisch decor. Bezienswaardig zijn de brede boulevard, het Poljud Stadion en de Muren van het Romeinse Paleis. De boulevard "Riva" aan het water van Split, gebouwd in de tijd van de Fransen bezetting werd ongeveer 200 jaar geleden gecreëerd, begint direct onder de muren van het paleis van Diocletianus en leidt naar het westen, bijna naar de hellingen van de lokale berg van Split, de Marjan. Het Riva nodigt u uit om romantische wandelingen te maken langs de promenade met palmbomen en cafés. Mensen worden vaak vermaakt door straatartiesten, dansers en zangers. Het eiland Brac ligt tegenover de stad Split.
Bacvice
Het stad-strand van Split, Strandbad Bacvice, ligt in het zuid-oosten van de haven van Split en is met de Blauwe Vlag voor bijzonder schoon water bekroond. Zandstrand in deze streek is uniek. Znjan City Beach
Het kiezelstrand van Znjan Strand ligt anderhalve kilometer ten zuiden van Ovcice en 5 km van het centrum van Split. Eigenlijk is het een serie van kleine baaien die beginnen bij Marina Zenta en iedere baai heeft zijn eigen café. Voor kinderen zijn er veel speelmogelijkheden, zoals een springkasteel, trampolines en glijbanen en meer. Het is een kiezelstrand met redelijk grote kiezels. Geweldig om te snorkelen.
