Punta Rata
Het in 2004 van het Amerikaans magazine Forbes tot mooiste strand van Europa gekozen strand Punta Rata ligt in de buurt van Brela aan de Makarska-Riviera. Witte kiezelstranden, pijnbomen en zeer helder, schoon water, met kleine kleurrijke vissen vormen een schitterend landschap. Het strand bij Brela loopt over in de ondiepe blauwe zee, dat maakt het tot een ideale plaats voor familievakanties met jonge kinderen. Er zijn toiletten, douche, een groot restaurant en wat kleine horeca. Dit strand is goed bereikbaar vanaf je vakantiehuis in Split.
Beach Sumartin
Prachtig strand met uitzicht op het vasteland. Blauw water, veel ruimte, maar beperkte schaduw. Op het strand is er een bar en een speeltuin aan het water die het uitzicht een beetje belemmert. Vind je vakantiehuis Brac.
Baska Voda
De droomachtige badplaats Baska Voda ligt ongeveer 50 km ten zuiden van Split aan de Makarska Riviera. Omlijst door het imposante Biokovo-gebergte en lange witte kiezelstranden, heeft de plaats zich ontwikkeld tot een van de meest populaire vakantiebestemmingen in de regio Dalmatië. De met palmen omzoomde promenade "Riva" vormt het levendige centrum van Baska Voda, dat van het zuidelijke district naar het naburige Brela in het noorden leidt. De betoverende stranden wachten op zwemmers, met als meest populaire het stadsstrand van Nikolina. Vooral gezinnen met kinderen zijn dol op het zacht glooiende kiezelstrand waarover de "Blauwe Vlag" wappert.
