This detached property consists of two houses and is situated on a 10000m² olive and vineyard plot close to the beach, in a quiet location on a little-used access road outside the village of Pucisca and above Luke Bay.On the property are our donkeys which can be fed with pleasureThere are several terraces with a total usable area of approx. 500m². The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, parasols and 12 garden loungers including towels. The saltwater pool is. approx. 60m² in size and has an extra small, shallow pool for relaxing or for your children. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. In the outdoor area you will find a pool bar, barbecue and an outdoor shower. Free parking spaces are available on the property.The property consists of 2 self-sufficient houses built in Dalmatian style (90m² + 160m²), which can only be booked together. The large house has 2 floors. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. All with balcony. On the ground floor is the open-plan living area with kitchen and dining area. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and separate bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The beach can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The bay, where there are several bathing areas, can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes. A boat can be provided on request. There are two traditional Dalmatian konobas with very good cuisine in the bay, approx. 5 min. by boat. The centre of Pucisca with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 5 km away.The town of Bol is approx. 30 min. Driving time away.The ferry harbour in Supetar is approx. 25 min. away.The ferry harbour Sumartin is approx. 30 min. away.Daily caretaker service for pool and property cleaning. In case of special wishes, the caretaker can organise everything.Please note that the property can be reached via a paved path and an olive path, approx. 200m.Boat hire, barbecue evening, lamb on the spit can be booked or organised.

Klein rotsstrand met mooi schoon water. Niet groot - kies dit strand voor een snelle duik. Strand in het voetgangersgebied met gratis douche, kristalhelder water en kiezelstenen. Vind je vakantiehuis Brac.

Beach Ruskamen

Dit strand bij Omis is niet al te groot, maar onder de bomen vind je beschutting tegen de zon. Er zijn ook douches en kleedhokjes. Helaas weinig schaduw.

Beach Celina

Kindvriendelijke, rustige strand bij Omis. Helder water langs de kust en nog niet overspoeld door toeristen. Een paar meter van de kust wordt het water diep.
